The Administrator of your personal data is the Art Hotel Sp. z o.o., ul. Kiełbaśnicza 20, 50-110 Wrocław, Poland, registered in the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division, entered into the National Court Register under No. 0000090062 on 14 February 2002. The basis of data processing is the legitimate interest of the Art Hotel Sp. z o.o. resulting from the need to carry out cooperation with you / provide the service included in the order or determining the terms of the cooperation agreement (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b and letter f of the RODO/GDPR). The data will be processed in order to conclude and perform the order / contract referred to in the previous sentence. The Art Hotel Sp. z o.o. passes personal data to the following categories of entities: a company providing IT services for the hotel; companies providing legal services. The data will be processed for the duration of the order/contract and during the limitation period for claims arising therefrom, including claims by public (tax) authorities. You have the right to request the Administrator to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data, the right to the transfer data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body. These rights are also valid if the data is processed correctly by the Administrator. Inability to process this data by the Art Hotel Sp. z o. o. may prevent the conclusion or implementation of the contract referred to above.
